About Us



     In 2014, The Graduate Institute of Medical Informatics PhD and MS programs have been accredited by the IMIA.

    In academic development, our teachers published at least 103 papers (which contain 49 SCI/EI papers),and 148 conference papers. Furthermore, they also published 5 textbooks with respect to medical informatics. The most significant achievement of those publications is the textbook, “Healthcare Management Information Systems,” which has been chosen as the major teaching material in several medical schools and has been sold over 4,000 in two years. 

    Our teachers play an important role among several fields, such as the director of HL7 Taiwan, Cardiology/Dermatology/ Rehabilitation Attending in Taipei Medical University Hospital and Taipei University – Wan Fang Hospital.  

Our student international activities include student exchange, summer Internship, dual degree progam, and international conference.
